Q:

Do you deliver during the COVID-19 lockdown? 

A:

Yes, our standard delivery time to all locations in Nigeria is 2-5 days amongst the COVID-19 lockdown.

Do I have to pay for the 50W Solar Panel? 

A:

No! A 50W Solar panel is included with the WFH-300 device. 

Q:

Is there any LCD display showing the battery usage and charging?

A:

It comes with User Information LCD showing Battery % Level on the top body of the device 

Q:

How do instalment payments work? 

A:

Keepwork partners with third-party financiers that will automatically debit your account at the beginning of every month based on your repayment plan (2, 4, 6 months). 

*note prior to 15 April 2020 Keepwork offers a different instalment method of payment

What’s the warranty? 

A:

Keepwork’s warranty is 24 months.

Do we offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Unfortunately no.

Can this device power a refrigerator or freezer?

A:

No

How do I charge with AC power? 

A:

WFH-300 comes with a 2.8-meter long power brick that plugs into any AC wall socket. 

Q:

How long does it take to recharge on AC power?

A:

The home charger provides 50W of power so it takes 5 hours to charge from completely empty to completely full. 

Q:

What other sources of charging does the device have apart from the grid (NEPA) or Solar Panel?

A:

You can charge with your generator on as back up with the AC power and also with your car charger for 4 hours.

How many devices can it charge at once? 

A:

6 -  you can power 4 USB Devices, 1 AC Device, and 1 x 12V product. 

Q:

How large is the solar panel? Do I need an electrician or professional to install it? 

A:

The solar panel is 87x16x52 cm in dimensions and weighs 29kg, and comes with a 3-meter connector plug attached to it for easy connection to the device when it is exposed to sunlight without needing an external solar installer or an electrician. 

Q:

The Battery % indicator doesn’t seem accurate. When I plug my laptop charger it tends to jump 5-10%. 

A:

The Battery % level is based on Battery Voltage which drops more quickly during heavier loads. Our BMS smooths this out but inevitably it is an estimate and the level you see when you unplug is the accurate one. 

*Note that when you are charging lower load devices like phones this is not an issue. 

Q:

What is the voltage of Keepwork WFH-300?

A:

It charges from DC power (via car charger or solar panel) and from 230V AC (via Home Charger). The battery inside is 15V DC.

What is the battery size and specification?

A:

The WFH-300 is based on a Lithium-Ion cells with 78,00mAh (288 Watt-hour) capacity. At 90% Depth of Discharge, it provides 250 Watt-hours of capacity and cycle life of more than 500 cycles.

Q:

Can it power my TV and fan?

A:

Yes, it can but TV should be less than 80w and Fan are less than 15w.

How can you deliver the device outside Lagos to other states?

A:

Yes, we can.

Q:

How can I repair the device when a fault arises?

A:

Customers are not allowed to tamper with the device when faulty, kindly call us for support.

Do you have distributors I can easily buy from?

A:

Yes, we have distributors across Nigeria. Kindly contact us for more details.

Can I charge all my devices at once?

A:

Yes as long as your total device usage does not exceed the required wattage specified on the product.
